Service Description

"some doors only open from the inside" Ease yourself into the week with a grounding class which offers a physical yoga practice combining asana (poses), with pranayama (breathwork) followed by relaxation and rounded off with a gently guided meditation. The offering is cultivated to suit anyone seeking the benefits offered by an uncomplicated practice. It is suitable for those completely new to yoga and guarantees a warm welcome to Yoga Avenue's beautiful, serenely peaceful, completely private and inviting garden studio. All equipment is provided by Yoga Avenue: mats and props although you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. The class is limited to 8 to ensure individual guidance can be offered where appropriate. Please note - the meditation element of this experience follows relaxation and is optional. Therefore if you only have an hour to spare you are free to leave at this point although I very much hope you can stay and enjoy all that a meditation practice has to offer. If you have not practised yoga before and are currently navigating an injury, condition or issue please let me know so that I can accommodate this appropriately and ensure you feel supported.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: All bookings are strictly non refundable, except in the event of Yoga Avenue or any of its partners cancelling. Should you need to cancel please inform the organiser as soon a as possible. Only in the event that your space is resold to another participant will you be offered a credit for another class. If you have purchased either a 6 class pass or a 10 class pass please note that ALL 6 classes must be used within in the specified period of the pass, classes cannot be carried over. As a small business it is important that this rule is applied to ALL bookings equally to ensure sustainability and fairness throughout - your understanding is very much appreciated.
