About The Event

The new moon is a new beginning.  This is the perfect time to reset and create new intentions or wishes for the coming month. Her veiled brilliance is relflected in our own turning inwards as we seek what it is we want to work.  What we truly wish to bring into our lives and manifest with the power of affirmation.

The new moon represents the cycle of completion, and the endarkening is a chance to prepare for a metaphorical or literal rebirthing as the light starts to return.  Intentions focus our attention and enable us to create the steps needed to bring to fruition those things, be they big or small, which will enhance our life and that of those around us.

Meditation is the practice of turning inwards.  One of the fundamental tools for this is the breath.  So our meditation begins by simply noticing your own breath.  As you tune to this cycle of flow we embark on a guided meditation journey unlocking the ancient archetypal stories, energies and inspirations of the new moon and you simply absorb what resonates as you allow yourself to flow on the streams of inhale and exhale.   

Silently a door swings open.  A door that offers access to the interior world of subtle energy.  

Tapping into the esoteric body switches on our subtle senses enabling us to ask that immortal question; what is it that I truly want, need or desire in my life right now?  Listening with the whole body and allowing the answers to rise, your intentions will become clearer.   

The moon's gradual nature of constant change elicits deeper understanding of each step needed on the path towards manifesting our fullest most vibrantly alive life!  It can highlight the sacrifices or realisations that we will be asked make in order to to unfold dreams and really make them appropriate.  Being receptive to the moon's changing energy enables us to undertstand ourselves better - so that we can navigate the fluctuating waves and underlying currents and eddys of thoughts and emotions that influence our surface life.

Once you have booked you will be sent a downloadable intentions sheet for you to complete and bring to the meditation along with a pen. Prior to the meditation create a sacred space in your home where you can relax and enoy, undisturbed for the duration.  You may wish to light a candle, or burn some incense.   Be sure to have a cushion and support for your back but remember you can change position during the meditation should you become uncomfortable.
