Chakra Balancing Yoga and Crystal Workshop

Join me and Olaia for an afternoon of chakra yoga & an insight into the world of crystal energy.

We will flow through a yoga practice suitable for all levels, gaining awareness of the ancient chakra system - what lies beneath the physical and how we can experience, embrace and balance these energies through greater awareness. A deeply nourishing savasana with hands on adjusts will be followed by a guided intention meditation using crystals specifically identified by Olaia as being appropriate for each participant. A chance to discuss your own experiences or listen to those of others including stories Olaia and I are happy to share in relation to our own relationship and experiences with crystals.

Olaia will offer Guidance on other ways to use crystals to positively affect and balance the energetic body - which crystals do what jobs and why, as well as how to care for your own collection

The workshop will end with tea, scrumptious cake and an opportunity to experience a range of crystals and make purchases oif you wish.

Suitable for all levels of practitioner, all equipment will be provided. This beautiful workshop costs just £25 and includes a £5 voucher for Grounded Therapies*.
