Join me for a very intimate yin yoga practice, just 3 places available! Discover the benefits of a slow, meditative practice that targets the yin tissues of the body: bones, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules and fascia. Release holding patterns, develop awareness of the subtle energies, the rivers that flow through the esoteric body as meridian channels and savour the sweetness of the echo as you pause in the present between each posture - nowhere to go, nothing to do!
Yoga nidra is yogic sleep. Hovering just a few feet from the floor, cocooned in a wall hammock, you will be guided to release the body part by part. As the body relaxes the sub conscious mind emerges and though you are encouraged to remain awake and alert throughout it is perfectly fine if you drop off - I will wake you up gently at the end.
No experience of yoga is required. Yin is a slow practice suitable for all practitioner as props are used throughout to make each pose accessible and suitable for everyone. Please bring a pillowcase with you to place over the bolster. Blocks will be pre-sanitised for your safe use or you may bring you own - you will need to bring your own yoga mat and a blanket.
Due to the limited number of places available this event is strictly non refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another yogi if you are unable to make the event.
